Accessibility

Agamani aims to meet WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. The player, navigation, and forms are built to work with a keyboard alone and with screen readers, and every interactive control carries a visible focus state and a text label.

1. What we’ve done

• Keyboard-operable play/pause, seek, next, and previous controls, with a “Skip to main content” link on every page.
• Text alternatives and aria-labels on icon-only buttons.
• Color is never the only signal — playing state is also conveyed through the icon and button label.
• Body text holds a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background.

2. Known limitation

The embedded YouTube player itself is controlled by YouTube and outside our direct control; Agamani’s own controls are built to remain fully usable even if the underlying player’s accessibility falls short in a particular browser.
